Job description
As Spares Technician you will be responsible for monitoring inventory integrity and accuracy to include cycle count program build, execution and continual monitoring. You are in charge of handling RMA cases, contacting Maintenance & Engineering Teams in conjunction with Spares Planners to agree on processing of equipment repairs and documentation around all of this. You will be the link between our technical support team and outside vendor/ suppliers; you will ensure that all spare equipment exchanges are handled with great care and that our team of Spares Technicians receive parts in time.
