3-attorney Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm handling high-value cases is seeking a highly-skilled, motivated P.I. PARALEGAL with 2 + years of litigation experience in either plaintiff's personal injury or bodily injury defense litigation to join its ST. PETE office. (This is a 100% "IN OFFICE" position - if you're looking for remote, please do not apply).

We offer a friendly, laid back, "mom and pop shop" style office that is low stress and all about the people of our firm. We do not work crazy hours and don't bring drama to the office. You will work + to 5 on Mondays through Thursdays and can leave at 4 p.m. on Fridays!

80% of our cases are car accidents. 20% are premises liability & products liability cases. You will do 50% pre-lit and 50% litigation.

IDEAL CANDIDATE will have 2+ years experience as a Plaintiff's or B.I. Defense Paralgeal. You will have helped prepare a couple personal injury cases for trial in FL, including trial binders, designations, motions in limine, other trial motions, etc. If you attended trials, you will be considered for the highest salary.

SALARY: $65,000 to $70,000 per year ($75,000 would require 5+ years of Plaintiff's P.I. paralegal experience without job hopping).

DUTIES: Opening case files, some intake, issuing HIPAA authorizations for medical record/bills, drafting demand letters, reviewing and summarizing medical records to prepare medical records summaries / chronologies, drafting pleadings/motions, issuing and answering written discovery, e-filing, legal research, and helping attorneys as their lifeline when it comes to trial prep. Should be highly detail-oriented, independent, organized and able to multi-task.
