About the Role:
As a Medical Officer at IFFCO, you will be responsible for providing medical care and support to employees, their families, and the surrounding community. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide primary healthcare services to employees and their dependents, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care.

• Manage medical emergencies and provide immediate first aid and life-saving interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with external healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics to facilitate referrals and specialist consultations.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient consultations, treatments, and outcomes.
• Educate employees on health-related topics, including nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications.
• Conduct health and safety training sessions and workshops to promote awareness and compliance.
• Participate in occupational health programs, including health surveillance, risk assessments, and ergonomic evaluations.
• Stay updated on medical best practices, trends, and regulations to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Qualifications:
• MBBS degree from a recognized medical college or university; MD or equivalent specialization preferred.
• Valid medical license and registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant regulatory body.
• Strong clinical skills, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of common medical conditions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and patient confidentiality.
