Working closely with the design team and other stakeholders, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various aspects of the design process to ensure projects are delivered on time.Key Responsibilities:Design Intent Memorandum Co-ordination and preparationApproval of Consultants Design BriefsDesign Review & approvals Co-ordination with Client / ConsultantsConfirmation of design detail submission to Design IntentFormulation of the designers Work PlanFormulation of the Matrix of Responsibilities for individual Consultants.Definition of consultants scope of service, timescales and milestones deliverables.Design Management meeting chairmanship.Audits of design consultants on process and quality control.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related fieldPrevious experience in design management or architecture role preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyProficiency in relevant design software and toolsIf you think you are an ideal candidate for the role, we would love to hear from you!At Ananta Hotels and Resorts, we value diversity and treat all employees with respect and fairness.
