Continuously learn and explore new editing techniques and tools to improve skills and efficiency.7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video editing.8. Communicate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and goals.Requirements:1. A strong passion for video editing and a willingness to learn new techniques.2.
