Job Requirements
Job Profile :
• Front‐end Engineering(FEED), Basic Engineering, Detail Engineering / Proposal Engineering, Procurement
assistance, Construction assistance and Pre‐Commissioning, Commissioning assistance for Static
Equipment (Columns, Column Internals, Reactors, Reactor Internals, Vessels, Vessel Internals, Storage Tanks, Heat Exchangers, Coalescers, Static Mixers, Filters)
• Responsible for complete Engineering activities for static equipment (Preparation of key deliverables
like, Requisition, Vendor offer review, Technical Bid Evaluation and Technical Clarifications with Vendors,
Review of Vendor Documents)
• Completion of various Engineering activities, to ensure that the projects are executed within the
schedule & cost.
• Interfacing, co‐ordination and Technical Discussion with Client, Vendors, PMC,
• Interfacing, co‐ordination, and Technical Discussion with Internal Functional Disciplines.
• Participation in Supplier Kick‐off Meetings and technical Clarification Meetings
• Planning & Scheduling of Proposal, Detail Engineering activities.
• Providing Cost & time effective solution(s) to shop & site problems.
• Resource utilization / mobilization / allocation for timely completion of Projects
• Preparation of Man‐hours estimation for FEED and Detail Engineering projects.
• Preparation & Review of QA/QC Documentation as per International Code & Standards
Work Experience
Hands on Experience of Design & Engineering Function:
• Exposure to design of pressure vessel, Heat Exchanger, columns etc.
• Knowledge of ASME Codes, TEMA, API, PIP , DIN, ISO, JIS EJMA, ANSI , ASTM Codes Project Specifications & Standard
• Preparation of Technical Purchase Specification for material
• procurement as per client & code requirement.
• Experience of Petrochemical, Chemical, Refinery; Power , Energy Sectors etc.
• Detailing of drawing as per Client Standards & Specification like EIL, SES, ARAMCO, Etc.
• Preparation Of Mechanical Data Sheet (MDS) Process / Package /Static / Rotatic Equipment’s .
• Preparation & Clear Concept of Plot Plan, Piping Layout for Process Industries
• Represent the ’U’ Stamp Audit “as a design Engineer.
• Represent the ’U2’ Stamp Audit “as a Sr. design Engineer.
• Design and Drawing Preparation & Review.
• BOM / BOQ , Material Selection , Material Take Of , etc
• Documentation as per ISO Manual & ASME Manual.
Software knowledge :
• PV‐Elite. / Code ware Compress
• Aspen Plus / HTRI, Heat Exchanger module
• Nozzle Pro/ANSYS
• CAESER-II / SP3D
• AutoCAD/ Micro-Station
• E-Tank
• Navisworks
• MS Office / MS-Project/ Primavera.
• EDMS (Document Management System)
• Strong Hold in Writing & Speaking in English .
