We are in IBT Hiring Senior IT support Engineer - L3 position in our office in Ahmedabad, India.

Salary:100,000 INR.

Job Description:
• Strong Experience in managing Windows Servers 2012R2, 2016,201+ etc.
• Strong Experience in Exchange 2010,2013,2016,201+ and Office365
• Strong Experience in services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, WDS, File Share & Print,
• Experience in Microsoft Azure & Office 365 Implementation and Migrations.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Teams, Zoom Meeting, etc.
• Working knowledge in Linux flavor such as Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat.
• Implementation knowledge of Server Hardware such as HP ML/DL Servers, Dell Power Edge, IBM xSystems, etc.
• Experience in Network domain including Cisco Products, Routing Protocols, Configuration of network devices.
• Administrative Experience in Storage Devices such as QNAP, Buffalo, HP MSA 2040/50, Synology, EMC etc.
• Strong Experience in Backup solutions such as Veeam Backup & Replication, Veritas/Symantec, Acronis Image Backup.
• Strong Experience in virtualization solutions such as VMWare & Hyper-V.
• Experience in Firewall & UTM Devices such as FortiGate, SonicWALL, etc.
• Experience in End Point Protection & Security products such as Sophos, TrendMicro, FortiGate EMS, etc.
• Knowledge in Webservices such as DNS, Hosting Panels, SSL Certificates, Multi-tenant Hosting, etc.
• Administrative Knowledge on telephony systems such as Avaya, Cisco, Grand Stream, etc. is a Plus.
• Strong team player with openness to learn new technologies and solutions in the market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to tackle customers issues.
• Strong technical documentation skills such as Configuration, Diagram, Logical Design, etc.
• Knowledge in industry framework such as COBIT, ITIL is a Plus.
• Knowledge on Information Security will be an added advantage.
• Preferred Certification: RHCE, MCSC, MCITP, Microsoft Office 365 Administration, ITIL V3/4 Foundation

Job Requirement:
• strong Communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Carry on more than 8 years of experience in IT ( L3 Support).
• Wiling to Relocate to Ahmedabad.
• Candidate who's ready to join immediately is preferable.
