This is the role that writers and linguists dream about : you’ll be teaching the next generation of LLMs about what makes language special.

Were training generative AI how to think, not just how to write.

What you’ll be doing :

As an analyst on our AI Large Language Models (LLMs) team, you will be joining a truly global team of subject matter experts across a wide variety of disciplines and will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities.

Were seeking self-motivated associates who can handle the speed required to be on the frontlines of innovation. In return, were happy and excited to train you in unlocking the potential of generative AI.

Below are some responsibilities and tasks of the role :

Creating training data sets for AI models that will help improve their accuracy, fluency, coherence and / or voice Annotating data to help AI models align with human values Analysing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers to refine and iterate data sets

Contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes

What we need you to bring :

1. Bachelors / Masters / M.Phil. / Ph.D. degree in Hindi along with professional proficiency in English

2. Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics

3. Ability to edit and improve written communication across a wide variety of fields

4. Well-honed internet research skills

5. Ability to embraces diverse teams

6. Navigates ambiguity with grace

7 .Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with the agility to adjust to evolving guidelines and fluid priorities

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Research industry-related topics including online sources, white papers, and professional studies

• Write all blog articles, eBooks, white papers, success stories, press releases, speaking proposals, one-pagers, and more

• Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services

• Build content for landing pages and website pages

• Usage of keywords in the content as per SEO guidelines to increase web traffic

• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles

• Approve copy of the content for social media from the marketing specialist

• Working with Product Marketing and Sales, identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)

• Update website content and copy as needed including building landing pages
