Job description
Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and qualified Secondary School Teacher to join our dedicated faculty. The ideal candidate should have a passion for education, a deep understanding of the subject, and the ability to engage and inspire students.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive and engaging curriculum for secondary level social science courses.

- Stay updated on educational trends and incorporate innovative teaching methodologies.

- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

- Deliver effective and interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.

- Foster critical thinking and analytical skills among students.

- Design assessments that accurately measure students' understanding and progress.

- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.

- Encourage active participation and class discussions.

- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities related to subject.

- Stay informed about developments in the field of education.

- Attend workshops and conferences to enhance teaching skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Teaching certification/licensure.

- Proven experience teaching subjects at the secondary level.

- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills and Competencies:

- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.

- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Technologically proficient in utilizing educational tools and platforms.

- Adaptability and openness to incorporating innovative teaching methods.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress.
• Prepare and submit reports and documentation as required by the school administration.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field, with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) preferred.
• Proven experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of mathematics curriculum and educational practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and effectively manage a classroom.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
