Team Lead | Application |Industrial Quality Solutions

The incumbent would be responsible for providing application support and projects support across the Western region and if required in other regions as well.

Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of application engineers
• Develop team capabilities through training and professional development programs.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve regional revenue targets.
• Provide regular reports on revenue performance and forecasts to senior management.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
• Oversee the delivery of application support and solutions to customers in the region.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues and inquiries.
• Provide advanced technical support and guidance to the team and customers.
• Analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions
• Managing ZEISS QEC Technical and Commercial Activities
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align application support with business objectives
• Lead and manage regional application projects from initiation to completion.
• After Sales Support for Software, Accessories Business Portfolio of Zeiss

Requirements

Education - Must hold a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics

Work Experience 10-12 Years of Experience in Metrology Field knows about Zeiss Portfolio

Other Skills- Presentable, Fluent in English. Local Language would be an add on advantage
