Call Center Associate | Work from home

Job Description:

Cipla, a renowned global pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Call Center Associate to work from home in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This part-time position at an Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance with inquiries or concerns
- Making outbound calls to customers to follow up on issues or provide updates
- Inputting customer information accurately into the company database
- Resolving customer complaints in a prompt and professional manner
- Adhering to call center policies and procedures at all times
- Collaborating with team members to achieve department goals and targets
- Upholding a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times

Requirements:
- Motivated and passionate individual with a strong work ethic
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to cooperate and communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
