Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Law Adviser to join our team in Madurai. This is a senior-level position and we are open to both part-time and full-time employment types. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 to a maximum of 10 years of work experience in corporate law.

Qualifications And Skills
• Strong expertise in Contract Law (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in conducting thorough legal research and providing actionable insights.
• Experience in corporate governance, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations.
• Sound knowledge of mergers and acquisitions including due diligence and transaction processes.
• Ability to handle compliance tasks efficiently, including advising on legal risks.
• Skilled in litigation management, including overseeing external legal counsel.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve complex issues amicably.
• Experience in creating and implementing HR Policies within legal frameworks.

Roles And Responsibilities

Engaged as a management consultant , on a monthly Retainer fee towards consultation on industrial laws such as industrial disputes, factories, TN shops and establishments, ESI ,EPF ,payment of wages , Minimum wages , payment of bonus , Employees compensation etc
