Job Summary:

Avantas Construction is seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have an excellent aesthetic sense, strong design capabilities, and exceptional rendering skills. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, creating detailed drawings and renderings, and ensuring that all projects meet the companys high standards of design excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:
Conceptualize and design innovative and aesthetically pleasing architectural solutions.
Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.

2. Rendering and Visualization:
Create high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations of architectural designs.
Use advanced rendering software to produce realistic images and presentations.
Present design concepts and renderings to clients and stakeholders.

3. Project Coordination:
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure design integrity during construction.
Participate in project meetings and site visits as required.

4. Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and company standards.
Conduct thorough reviews of designs and plans to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Provide solutions to design challenges and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

5. Client Interaction:
Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the design and construction process.
Address client feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

6. Innovation and Trends:
Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.
Incorporate sustainable and innovative design elements into projects.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance design quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in architectural design and rendering.
Skills:
Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Rhino.
Advanced rendering skills using software like 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar.
Strong aesthetic sense and creativity in design.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
