The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, a flair for teaching, and fluency in Malayalam. Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on accounting principles, practices, and software.
• Develop and update training materials and curriculum to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements to enhance the training program.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. (A higher qualification is a plus)
• Knowledge in Tally GST and SAP
• Fluency in Malayalam is essential for effective communication with students.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and a desire to help others succeed.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
• Freshers with a strong academic background and a genuine interest in teaching are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) is a plus.
• Previous teaching or training experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
