Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Video Editor at Hello Kisaan located in Meerut. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and producing engaging video content, collaborating with the creative team, and ensuring high-quality video production.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop
• Strong understanding of video production techniques, storyboarding, and visual storytelling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the creative team

We are looking for a creative Video Editor to join our team in Bengaluru. This role involves overseeing the post-production process of our video content, ensuring high-quality and engaging final products that resonate with our young audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the editing of video projects, ensuring they align with our channel's vision and standards.

- Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand and implement project visions.

- Edit footage into polished and engaging videos, including adding graphics, effects, and animations suitable for children.

Maintain and organize video files and archives.

Ensure all content is age-appropriate and aligns with guidelines for children’s media.

Requirements:

- Proficiency with YouTube Algorithms: The candidate must possess a deep understanding of how YouTube algorithms work.

- Minimum of 3 years of professional video editing experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on children’s content.

- Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

- Strong storytelling skills with an understanding of narrative techniques suitable for kids.
