Location: North Delhi – Netaji Subash Palace

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Maintaining statutory register and filing with regulators – Drafting/Alterations and

shareholder agreements, Loan agreements.
• Schedule physical meetings board meetings, General meetings and shareholder and

committee meetings
• Corporate Governance and Disclosures
• Ensuring compliances related to filing of IPO to Stock Exchanges, SEBI and ROC.
• Coordinating with the Company, Legal Advisors, Practicing Company Secretaries,

Registrar & Transfer Agent, Stock Exchange, SEBI etc. throughout the IPO project
• Versed with post listing compliances.
• Monitor and update the organization on legal developments and changes in laws

and regulations as pertinent.
• Assisting Seniors

Requirements:
• Excellent communication, Negotiations and Interpersonal skills
• Qualified CS (LLB would be an added advantage)
• At least 0-5 years of experience in a similar role in a law firm
• Strong understanding of Indian law and regulations, especially in areas of secretarial

compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in documentation and record keeping
• Proactive approach to problem solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
