About the job:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce products and services.

2. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information and solutions.

3. Handle customer inquiries promptly and accurately to ensure a positive experience.

4. Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and drive sales.

5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

7. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help shape marketing strategies.

8. Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues professionally and effectively.

+. Participate in training and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are a plus.

2. Proven experience in tele-calling, telemarketing, or customer service roles is preferred.

3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to persuade and influence others while maintaining a friendly demeanor.

5. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.

6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

7. Ability to handle rejection and maintain resilience in a sales environment.
