Job Description
Job Designation : Lab Technician (Research)
Place of Work : Society for Applied Studies, 680, Nae Basti Devli, South Delhi, India.
Essential Qualifications : DMLT / Bachelor Degree in MLT with graduation in life sciences OR Graduation in life sciences with 2-3 years of experience in diagnostic / research lab
Preferable :
• Experience in medical lab testing / processes, equipment maintenance, inventory maintenance and documentation.
• Experience in blood collection in field settings
• Exposure to NABL / GCLP settings
The candidate’s responsibilities would include but not limited to :
• Carry out lab processes / testing of samples
• Perform documentation as per SOPs / research protocols
• Help in smooth operations at the lab processing unit.
• Maintain supplies and infrastructure related requirements.
• Coordinate specimen transport to Clinical and Research Laboratories, Society for Applied Studies (CRL-SAS), or designated laboratory from the field in consultation with the technical leads / team
• Coordinate report generation, report receiving and report dispatch.
• Reporting will be to Lab Manager
Salary : Will commensurate with the experience and industry standards.
