3. Employ creative storytelling techniques to bring our brand and culture to life through video content.

4. Ensure the overall consistency and quality of the videos, adhering to our brand guidelines.

5. Incorporate graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance the visual appeal of the videos.

6. Assist in video shoots, ensuring all necessary equipment is set up and ready to capture the desired footage.

7. Maintain an organized media library, managing and archiving video assets for easy accessibility.

8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve video editing skills and techniques.

+. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and concepts for video projects.

Requirements:

1. A passion for video editing, with a strong understanding of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

2. A creative eye for visual composition, typography, and motion design.

3. Proficient in using video editing tools, transitions, and effects to create engaging and visually appealing content.

4. Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and exporting methods for various platforms.

5. Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from the team, while also showcasing individual creativity.

6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

7. A keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in the final output.

8. A portfolio showcasing previous video editing projects is a plus.
