Job Description :

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor based in the USA to join our dynamic digital marketing team.

The Video Editor will be instrumental in producing high-quality video content that aligns with the social media strategies of our USA-based clients.

This role requires a deep understanding of video editing software, storytelling techniques, and the ability to create visually compelling content tailored to different social media platforms popular in the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities :
• Collaborate with the Social Media Expert and other team members to understand video content requirements and objectives for U.S. client campaigns.
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos optimized for social media platforms commonly used in the USA, such as Facebook, Instagram, , Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create various video formats, including short-form content (e.g., reels, stories, TikToks), promotional videos, tutorials, and more, tailored to each platform's best practices for the U.S. audience.
• Add graphics, animations, music, voiceovers, and other elements to enhance the overall production quality and storytelling impact.
• Ensure that all video content aligns with the client's brand voice and messaging, while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity relevant to the U.S. market.
• Optimize videos for various social media platforms, considering factors like aspect ratios, resolution, and file size to meet U.

S. audience expectations.
• Stay updated on the latest video editing trends, tools, and techniques in the U.S. market to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of video content.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure consistency across all visual elements of digital marketing campaigns for U.S. clients.
• Manage multiple video editing projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
• Maintain an organized library of video assets for easy retrieval and reuse, with a focus on U.S. market preferences.

Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in a digital marketing or social media environment, with a focus on the U.S. market.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and best practices for social media platforms popular in the USA.
• Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with U.S. audiences.
• Experience in adding graphics, animations, and other visual effects to enhance video quality.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with remote teams.

Preferred Skills :
• Experience with motion graphics and animation software such as After Effects.
• Knowledge of color grading and sound editing.
• Familiarity with AI tools for video editing and content creation.
• Experience working with small to medium-small business clients in the USA.
