HVAC Operator

Perform skilled electrical and mechanical repair, inspection, servicing, operations, alteration of heating, ventilation, refrigeration, air conditioning systems and related equipment
Perform all the skilled duties relative to assigned area of responsibility
Maintain and operate chilled water-based air conditioning system
Attend preventive maintenance of air and cooling system including cleaning of filters
Repair minor defects in charge unit controls, thermostats, pumps, water pressure regulators
Check and adjust temperatures of air conditioning equipment
Support in handling escalations, do’s and don’ts
Report for Duty on shift timings
Check the premises and equipment to be neat and clean

Education:
Refrigeration & Air condition (ITI) or Mechanical Diploma or ITI fresher
Knowledge-All HVAC equipment & operation-AHU, CSU, Chiller, cooling tower Pumps.
Basic knowledge of - All HVAC equipment & operation-AHU, CSU, Chiller, cooling tower Pumps & Electrical
HVAC Preventive maintenance knowledge
BMS System- Basic knowledge
Basic Knowledge of electrical like panel details.

Experience:
0-3 years
Should have worked in electrical + mechanical HVAC background, preferably in hospital & pharma set-up)
