Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable On-Call Nurse to our Thiruvalla office. This role involves visiting home care and residential clients in Thiruvalla and the surrounding areas to provide nursing services as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Visit clients' homes or residential care facilities as required.
• Perform patient assessment
• Perform various nursing tasks including blood sample collection, IV injections, wound dressings, catheter management, medication management, tube insertion, suction, nebulization, and support with lab services.
• Provide other nursing services as needed, ensuring high-quality care and patient safety.

Requirements:
• Minimum of one year of experience, with a BSc Nursing or General Nursing qualification.
• Must be located in Thiruvalla or the surrounding areas and willing to travel to patients' homes or residential care facilities.
• Flexibility to work varying hours, as the job may involve full-day or few hours, depending on patient needs.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in the mentioned nursing tasks.
• Ability to work independently and respond to client needs promptly.
• Strong communication skills, Reporting Skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
