Key Responsibilities:
• Design and Development: Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Appian applications, ensuring alignment with BPMN 2.0 standards and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into robust Appian solutions.
• Workflow and Data Modeling: Develop complex workflows, data models, and integrations, utilizing Appian's comprehensive suite of out-of-the-box features to create scalable and efficient applications.
• Troubleshooting and Optimization: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to application performance, scalability, and security. Proactively optimize applications for enhanced performance and user experience.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure applications comply with industry standards, including SOX, by implementing necessary controls and adhering to best practices in development and deployment.
• User Training and Documentation: Provide training and support to end-users and team members. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for developed applications, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Appian features and industry trends. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies within the team.

Job Requirements:
• Appian Certification: Certified Appian Developer with demonstrated experience in designing and deploying Appian applications.
• Additional Expertise: Proficiency in IBM BPM or Pega PRPC is a strong plus, showcasing a broad understanding of Business Process Management platforms.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SQL Server, MySQL, HTML, and JavaScript programming languages. Experience with data integration and API development is highly desirable.
• Project Experience: Proven experience in working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. Ability to manage and deliver complex projects within tight timelines.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making and development strategies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
