Key Responsibilities:1. Project Management:o Plan, schedule, and oversee carpentry projects from start to finish.o Allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.o Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensuretimely completion.2. Team Leadership:o Supervise and mentor a team of carpenters, ensuring they adhere to projecttimelines and quality standards.o Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.o Foster a collaborative and safe work environment, promoting teamwork andprofessional development.3. Quality Assurance:o Ensure that all carpentry work meets industry standards and clientspecifications.o Conduct quality inspections and address any issues promptly to maintain highstandards of craftsmanship.4. Cost Management:o Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective practices.o Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or safety.5. Communication and Coordination:o Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and otherstakeholders.o Coordinate with other trades and disciplines to ensure seamless projectintegration.o Communicate project status, milestones, and issues to stakeholders in a clearand timely manner.6. Safety and Compliance:o Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site.o Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to mitigate risks and maintaina safe working environment.Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Carpentry Manager or similar role in constructionmanagement. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and managea diverse team.
