Key Result Areas (KRA) for IPR and Contract Drafting Lawyer

1. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Management

Objective: Provide comprehensive legal support for protecting and managing clients' intellectual property.
• Key Activities:
• Conduct thorough IPR audits to identify and document all intellectual assets.
• Advise clients on the registration of trademarks, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets.
• Draft and file applications for IP registrations with relevant authorities.
• Monitor and enforce IP rights, including handling infringements and disputes.

3. Legal Consultation and Advisory
