Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Understanding our business model and its legal requirements
• Conducting legal research to propose and finalize the legal policy for SIC and its various other business segments and brands
• Assisting senior advocates wherever required
• Representing SIC as a firm by participating in various business events and exhibitions
• Explaining SIC's terms & conditions and legal policy to vendors that SIC wishes to onboard
• Preparing legal agreements between SIC and its vendors (service providers or consultants)
• Explaining our policy to potential clients and extracting important information or collecting important data from them
• Drafting and preparing agreements for SIC and its clients
• Analyzing legal risk and advice to SIC and its clients
• Drafting and dictation of legal matters related to cases
• Conducting legal research and due diligence investigations concerning the legal work of SIC and SIC's clients

Researching and preparing content for SIC's legal YouTube videos
• Participating in creative initiatives on an optional basis
