Education and Experience:
• . Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited institution (LLM preferred)
Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited institution (LLM preferred)

2. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in corporate law or as an in-house counsel

3. Strong understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance

4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills

5. High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal counsel on company matters including contracts, compliance, and intellectual property

2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents

3. Ensure compliance with local, national, and international laws and regulations

4. Represent the company in legal proceedings and liaise with external legal counsel

5. Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations

6. Advise the HR department on employment law and policies

7. Assist in dispute resolution and manage litigation cases

8. Develop and implement legal policies and procedures
