Note: We are looking for a fashion designer with experience in designing bags.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative fashion designer specializing in bag design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion trends, experience in creating stylish and functional bags, and the ability to translate ideas into innovative designs that resonate with our target audience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our bag collection.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop a range of bags, including handbags, backpacks, totes, and clutches, that align with the Globus Fashion brand and meet customer preferences.
• Research and analyze fashion trends, market demands, and consumer needs to create innovative and on-trend bag designs.
• Collaborate with the product development and merchandising teams to ensure designs are produced according to specifications and within budget.
• Select materials, colors, hardware, and trims that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the designs.
• Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Monitor the production process to ensure the quality and consistency of the final product.
• Present design ideas and concepts to the creative team and management, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our bag designs remain competitive and relevant.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in fashion design or a related field.
• a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in bag design, preferably within a fashion brand or design studio.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of bag designs, with a focus on creativity, functionality, and attention to detail.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent understanding of materials, fabrics, and production techniques specific to bag design.
• Strong sketching and technical drawing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
