Fashion Design Faculty

Job description
Responsibilities:

 Develop and deliver courses and lectures in Fashion Designing.

 Foster a creative and innovative learning environment that encourages critical thinking, experimentation, and problem-solving skills among students.

 Mentor students on design projects, assignments, and guide them in developing their creative ideas into successful fashion collections.

 Assess and evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and grade assignments and examinations.

 Participate in academic research, publications, and conferences related to Fashion Designing.

 Contribute to the development of the Fashion Designing program curriculum and course materials.

 Collaborate with other faculty members and staff to support the academic and administrative activities of the Institute.

Qualifications:

 Degree / Diploma or higher in Fashion Design or related field.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

 Proficiency in design softwares (Optional)

 Demonstrated commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.

 Experience with online and hybrid learning platforms is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
