Job description
Key Responsibilities
• Recruiting on role employees for on-roll and third-party (sub-vendor) manpower
• Validate the manpower finalised by vendor thru tests & approve
• Coordinate with third party manpower vendor to allocate manpower for operation
• Work on database management /records maintenance
• Work on MIS reporting
• Maintain alignment with statutory compliance/government policies & laws
• Work on monthly attendance and payroll for both on-roll and third-party manpower
• Work on monthly client statutory audit document preparation
• Manage employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and provide resolution recommendations in compliance with applicable laws and company policies
• Work closely with the HR team to ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation in accordance with compliance standards
• Maintain forms and registers as per Act
