Role Overview: We seek a skilled CNC and VMC Programmer to develop and optimize programs for our precision manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Program & Setup: Create and optimize CNC/VMC programs; handle machine setup.
• Process Definition: Define and implement production processes.
• Tooling & Fixtures: Specify and manage tools, fixtures, and machines.
• Cycle Time & Costing: Estimate cycle times for new products to calculate costs.
• Tool Management: Maintain records of tools and fixtures.
• Production & Maintenance Monitoring: Track production cycle times and machine breakdowns; perform preventive maintenance.
• Cost Analysis: Analyze tool costs to optimize spending

Qualifications:
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of CNC programming experience.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks).
• Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
