Roles and Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients or creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Brainstorm and conceptualize visual ideas that align with the project's goals.
• Create storyboards, sketches, and mock-ups to visualize concepts.
• Design and animate graphics, typography, and visual elements to create engaging motion graphics.
• Utilize software tools like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and other relevant software for animation and compositing.
• Incorporate visual effects, transitions, and audio elements as needed.
• Integrate motion graphics seamlessly into live-action footage or other media.
• Apply visual effects such as color correction, green screen removal, and particle effects.
• Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in the compositing process.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and other team members to coordinate the production pipeline.
• Keep up-to-date records of project files, versions, and assets.
• Stay current with industry trends and software updates to maintain technical proficiency.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize rendering processes for efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with other artists, designers, and clients to ensure creative alignment.
• Present and explain design concepts to clients or stakeholders when necessary.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Strong proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools.
• Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Maya) may be advantageous.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and animation work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
