Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Winter Wear Jackets Designer to

join our team. As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for the entire design process,

from concept development to production, ensuring high-quality and innovative designs

that meet market demands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in winter

wear apparel design, with at least 10-12 years of experience in the industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design process for winter wear jackets from concept development

to final production.

2. Research and identify emerging trends in winter wear fashion,

materials, and technologies.

3. Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and consumer

preferences to create innovative and marketable designs.

4. Collaborate with the sourcing team to select and procure high-quality

fabrics, trims, and accessories for jacket production.

5. Develop sketches, tech packs, and detailed design specifications for

production.

6. Oversee sample development and provide feedback to ensure that

designs meet quality and fit standards.

7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production,

marketing, and sales, to coordinate the timely delivery of designs and meet business

objectives.

8. Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to monitor production

processes and quality control standards.

stay informed about emerging trends and technologies.

10. Maintain awareness of production costs and budget constraints while

optimizing design quality and efficiency.

Requirements:
