• Super organized and detail-oriented in documentation, quality checks, and general workflow.

• Ambitious, enterprising, and grounded.

Specific Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of experience in designing Women's Indian clothing.

• Worked with Fashion Houses and Designers.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

• Strong expertise in silhouette design, garment construction, and pattern making.

• Proficient in embroidery design and creating digital and foil prints.

• Understanding of fabric properties and their application in Indian wear.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and MS Office.

• Strong sketching and illustration skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in English and Hindi

• A strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and creativity in women's Indian clothing.
