Kondody Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic and focused individual to join our team as the Operations Executive. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and a proven track records of managing hospitality operations efficiently.
• Handling independently units is the responsibility will be same as mentioned for OM.
• Managerial skill.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Industrial knowledge & Communication skill.
• Ability to manage contingencies.
• Staff and Guest management skills.
• Compliance to Hotel operating controls.
• Daily operation reviews of designated departments.

Education: MBA/Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality

Experience: 3 years

Salary: 18K to 20K + Accommodation & Food

Location: Idukki

Job Type: Full-time
