Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Officer (SMO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage our community, and promote our services. The SMO will work closely with the marketing and communications team to create content, manage social media accounts, and analyze performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with our brand and goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
• Coordinate with external vendors and influencers to amplify our social media presence.
• Foster a positive community and add value to our audience’s experience through social media interactions.
• Assist in the development of social media policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
