Job description
Your Role at TrainingInbox - Telecalling Sales Intern

Job Description:
• Connect with candidates and close registrations for programs/ products/ masterclass and complete assigned targets.
• Attend to all customer queries via phone, email, or chat and conduct yourself with professionalism and courtesy.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance or information.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve Customer issues and close leads efficiently.
• Coordinate with various teams to provide prompt and accurate solutions to customer inquiries.
• Connect with customers as needed, particularly during the registration process, to address any problems and provide guidance.
• Achieve Daily and Monthly Targets.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Must possess a working laptop and maintain a stable internet connection.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
• A strong sense of empathy and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Number of Position: 3

Salary & Remuneration: Annual CTC upto Rs. +6,000/- LPA Fixed
