SOC Engineer L1/L2

Job Description:

We are looking to engage SOC Engineers at both L1 and L2 levels for an upcoming cybersecurity project. These roles will focus on monitoring, detecting, and responding to cybersecurity threats in real-time, ensuring the protection of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Monitor security events and alerts from various sources including SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection systems.

Analyze and investigate security incidents to determine the root cause and impact.

Provide first-level response and escalate incidents to L2 or higher when necessary.

L2 Engineers will also be responsible for advanced incident analysis, threat hunting, and developing detection rules and response playbooks.

Participate in incident response activities and provide detailed reports on security incidents.

Required Skills:

For L1: Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles, experience with SIEM tools, and incident response.

For L2: In-depth knowledge of security monitoring, incident response, threat hunting, and experience with advanced security tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
