Their experienced team of former Bay Street practitioners offers practical solutions to complex issues. Services span from commercial litigation to insolvency, restructuring, and corporate advisory engagements. Your new role
This role offers a diverse scope, encompassing both Insolvency and Restructuring across contentious and non-contentious aspects. Responsibilities will span administrations, liquidations, fraud, directors' duties, solvent and insolvent restructuring, CVAs, and more. The top three attributes we seek in candidates are:
• Solid Litigation Experience : We value candidates with a strong foundation in litigation, ensuring they can navigate complex legal scenarios effectively.
• Strong Drafting Skills : The ability to craft clear and precise legal documents is essential for success in this role.
• Commitment and Dedication : We are seeking individuals willing to invest the time and effort required to excel in this dynamic field.

What you will need to succeed
For this role, a minimum of 3 years’ post-call experience in Restructuring and Insolvency is essential.
