Job Title: L1 Support (Networking) - 24x7

Job Summary
Aarushi Infotech is seeking a qualified L1 Support (Networking) candidate to join their team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate must have an ITI - Network Technician or Diploma in Computer Science/Electronics and Communications, with a minimum of 1 year of experience. Or, alternatively, Cisco certification or other relevant certification is required.
Key Responsibilities
• Router configuration and maintenance
• Firewall configuration and maintenance
• Switches configuration and maintenance
• Servers - Booting, installation, patch upgrade, and maintenance
• Cabling - data and power
• Inventory control and preventive maintenance
• Data backup and recovery
• SMPS and hard disk replacement
• Provide remote connection to the Central Team
Working Hours and Shifts
This position requires 24x7 support, and the candidate must be willing to work in rotational night shifts. The shift will be + hours, with one 15-minute break each in the morning and afternoon, and one 30-minute lunch break. The weekly offs will not necessarily be on Sundays for everyone and will spread between Saturday and Sunday.
Language Proficiency Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required, with optional Hindi language proficiency.
Compensation
The CTC for this role is INR 1+000/- per month, i.e., INR 2.28 lakhs per annum (after applicable statutory deductions like ESIC and EPFO).
Interview Process
The interview process will consist of an initial screening, technical round, and HR round.
