Position: Patent Drafting Specialist

Location: New Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad

Experience: 3-8 years PQE

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Patent Drafting Professionals to contribute to our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting patent applications and related documentation, working closely with inventors and legal teams to ensure high-quality and effective patent protection.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and preparing patent applications and related documentation.

Collaborating with clients and technical experts to understand and articulate complex inventions.

Ensuring compliance with patent laws and regulations.

Conducting prior art searches and patentability assessments.

Reviewing and amending draft applications based on feedback.

Qualifications:

3-8 years of post-qualification experience in patent drafting.

Educational background in Software, Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or other core engineering domains.

Strong domain knowledge in relevant technical fields.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Patent agent and LLB qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
