Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) with over 5 years of hands-on experience in managing relational databases. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience with PostgreSQL and should be proficient in database security, performance tuning, and high availability configurations. Knowledge of other databases such as MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server is also required.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator (DBA) working with relational databases.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in other databases like MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong experience in configuring high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
• Expertise in database security administration and performance tuning.
• Proven experience with SQL, including writing stored procedures and user-defined functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with cloud database solutions (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL).
• Certification in PostgreSQL or other database technologies.
• Experience with database migration and upgrades.
