Job Opening: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our dynamic team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in GST Filing, IT Return Filing, MCA & Company formation, and be well-versed in various compliance requirements. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
GST & IT Return Filing: Manage and execute all GST filings and IT returns promptly, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
MCA & Company Formation: Assist with the incorporation of companies and ensure all MCA-related processes are completed efficiently.
Compliance & Audits: Oversee both internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records are compliant with regulatory standards.
Finalisation of Accounts: Prepare and finalise P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and fund flow statements with precision.
Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate financial records and prepare detailed reports for management review.
Pitch Book Preparation: Demonstrate knowledge in creating Pitch Books for investor presentations and other financial analysis reports.

Requirements:

CA License: Must hold a valid CA license.

Experience: Proven experience in GST & IT return filing, MCA procedures, company formation, compliance, and audits.

Technical Skills: Proficient in financial software and tools, with strong analytical skills.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and compliance.

Communication: Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.
