Role/Job Title:

State Head – Rural Unnati

Function/Department:

Rural Banking

Job Purpose:

The role entails managing and scaling up the Rural banking business for the state by creating strategies to achieve growth targets for the state by managing operations and resources in the most cost efficient and technology effective manner.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Acquisition: focus on lending to new customers, championing the purpose of serving the underserved

Strategies retention of existing customers

Book Quality- maintaining portfolio quality

Maintain highest standards of Customer Service and Compliance

Adopt and promote Digital

Groom and mentor team

Identify and streamline cross-product channel

Build leadership presence in Cluster Managers

Act as a state leader transcending functional boundaries

Uphold the tenets of Code of Conduct and Employer Value Proposition

Education Qualification:

Graduation: BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE or any other graduate.

Experience:

10+ years of relevant experience.
