Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Datasphere Consultant to assist clients in leveraging SAP Datasphere to optimize their data management and analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP’s data solutions, particularly SAP Datasphere, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting data strategies that enhance business insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement SAP Datasphere solutions based on clients’ data management and analytics needs.
• Configure and integrate SAP Datasphere with existing data systems and business applications.
• Oversee the deployment of SAP Datasphere, including data integration and storage.
• Develop and recommend data strategies and architectures using SAP Datasphere.
• Analyze and assess clients’ current data landscapes to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Design data models, data pipelines, and data workflows to meet clients’ business requirements.
• Implement data integration processes and ensure data quality and consistency within SAP Datasphere.
• Develop and configure data pipelines for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Manage data governance, security, and compliance within SAP Datasphere.
• Create and manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations using SAP Datasphere’s and SAP Analytics Cloud capabilities.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with clients to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.
• Work closely with business users to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Offer training and support to clients on using SAP Datasphere and Analytics Cloud effectively.
• Develop and deliver documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during implementation.
• Stay updated on SAP Datasphere features, best practices, and industry trends.
• Propose and implement improvements to clients’ data management practices and solutions.
• Share knowledge and best practices with the team and contribute to the development of internal methodologies.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) are highly desirable.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with SAP data solutions, including SAP Business Warehouse, Analytics Cloud, and SAP Datasphere. Prior consulting experience is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA, SAP Data Intelligence, and related SAP technologies. Experience with data integration, data warehousing, and analytics tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in data modeling, data pipelines, and data analysis.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
