We are seeking a dedicated HR Fresher to support our HR department. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Support engagement initiatives and address employee inquiries.
• Performance Management: Aid in performance reviews and track development plans.
• Compliance: Maintain employee records and support HR audits.

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.
• Attributes: Proactive, eager to learn, adaptable, and a team player.
