AutoCAD Trainer

Job Summary: The AutoCAD Online Trainer will be responsible for delivering online training sessions in AutoCAD with a focus on mechanical engineering applications. The trainer will develop course materials, guide students through complex design concepts, and provide mentorship to ensure they gain practical, industry-relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Course Delivery: Conduct live, online AutoCAD training sessions, focusing on mechanical design and drafting.
• Curriculum Development: Develop and update training materials, including presentations, assignments, and assessments, in alignment with industry standards.
• Student Engagement: Foster a positive learning environment, encouraging student participation and addressing any queries or challenges they may face.
• Practical Application: Provide real-world examples and hands-on exercises to help students apply their knowledge in practical scenarios.
• Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student performance through assignments and projects, providing constructive feedback to guide their improvement.
• Mentorship: Offer one-on-one mentorship and support to students, helping them overcome learning obstacles and achieve their career goals.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AutoCAD and mechanical engineering to ensure the training content remains current and relevant.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with AutoCAD in a mechanical engineering or design role. Prior teaching or training experience is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD with a deep understanding of mechanical design principles and applications. Familiarity with other CAD software is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Teaching Abilities: Experience in online teaching or training, with the ability to manage virtual classrooms effectively.
• Adaptability: Ability to tailor training content to meet the diverse needs and skill levels of students.
• Certification: AutoCAD Professional Certification is a plus.
