Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
• Oversee the monthly inventory process and unit forecasts by verifying partner reports and assessing SKU-level inventory positions. Make necessary adjustments, save forecasts, and provide monthly reports summarizing the inventory status (e.g., out of stock/overstock).
• Generate orders, analyze variances between actuals and forecasts, and manage approval processes.
• Manage quarterly long-term forecasting, analyze discrepancies from previous forecasts, and produce summary reports.
Store Visit Program:
• Maintain data related to store visits, including report generation, store ID mapping, and KPI calculations.
• Investigate and resolve data issues, ensuring accurate and timely data maintenance.
Purchase Order (PO) Management:
• Generate and manage purchase orders, ensuring alignment with inventory needs.
• Maintain planogram and fixture libraries, flagging any changes for action.
• Conduct a monthly review of product availability across the portfolio, analyzing data to recommend actions where necessary.
Launch Processes:
• Review and validate launch readiness, including testing and user journey validation.
• Set up retailer accounts in the system and map new retailer IDs, addressing any anomalies.
• Validate retailer names on receipts provided by customer care teams.
• Validate operational invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in inventory management and operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and identify trends.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks across different time zones.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
