Position Overview: We are looking for a driven IT Recruiter with no prior experience to join our dynamic team at Spait Infotech. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals eager to start a career in IT recruitment. You will receive comprehensive training and support to help you excel in identifying and engaging top IT talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to find potential candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate skills and fit.
• Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on various platforms and our career page.
• Client Support: Assist in understanding client requirements to match candidates with the right positions.
• Database Management: Update and maintain candidate records in our recruitment database.
• Recruitment Process Assistance: Collaborate with experienced recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of IT roles and terminology is advantageous but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
