Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Hyderabad for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management tasks, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.

Exp - 0 to 6 Months

Qualifications
• Sourcing and qualifying relevant candidates through Job portals, references.
• Strong experience in screening potential candidates and coordinating with the HR manager to meet the requisite standards of recruitment expectations.
• Scheduled face-to-face interviews after pre-qualifying the candidates.
• Team player with a focus on sharing industry best practices with team members.
• Excellent /Good verbal and written communication skills are a must for this position.
• Desired Candidate Profile Should have relevant experience in sourcing and recruitment.
• Should have good knowledge of the different technological skill sets hired within the TAT.
• Should be self-motivated and take ownership of the entire recruiting process.
• Should possess excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
